Introduction
wpe2D.jpg (44314 bytes) Founded by Ben and Sommay Kitchpanich, Thai Kitchen was opened as the first Thai restaurant of Anchorage in 1986. It was located behind a small grocery store known as Express Market on Tudor Road. Currently, the restaurant is expanded while the market has been moved to a new location.

Thai Kitchen has been recognized as one of the most popular choices for Thai food. It has been awarded for Best Thai Food in Anchorage (1996), Best Asian Food (1998, 1999), Best Curry (2000), and Best Ethnic Food (1999, 2001) from newspapers and magazines across Alaska.

We offer home-style cooking in a friendly, family atmosphere and hope you will be able to visit if you haven't already to try our tasty dishes that are sure to satisfy your appetite.
